Fee Auditor Opposes Certain Sidley Charges

Law360, New York (February 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The fee auditor in the Owens Corning bankruptcy case has recommend that Sidley Austin LLP receive more than $3.8 million for its work as co-debtor’s counsel between June and August 2006. However, the fee auditor also said the firm overcharged its client by about $40,000 over that time period.
