Court Nixes Elan’s Attack On Apple Touch-Pad Patent

Law360, New York (August 5, 2010, 3:52 PM EDT) -- A federal judge refereeing an infringement dispute between Elan Microelectronics Corp. and Apple Inc. over touch-screen technology has rejected Elan’s arguments that one of Apple’s patents-in-suit should be invalidated due to inequitable conduct.
