CPSC Recalls Figurine In 110K Fisher-Price Playsets

Law360, New York (August 5, 2010, 4:23 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada announced a voluntary recall Thursday of a figurine in about 110,000 Fisher-Price campsite playsets that the agencies warned could snap in half and expose children to small parts that pose a choking hazard.

The product at issue is the Play 'n Go Campsite, and the recall only applies to the Sonya Lee figurines that bend at the waist, have a green sweater and a purple camera around the neck, the agencies said. The rest of the pieces...
