Law360, New York (August 05, 2010, 6:45 PM ET) -- Seeking to reverse the cramdown of a Chapter 11 plan for DBSD North America Inc., Dish Network Corp. told a federal appeals court Thursday that it was not plotting to wrest control of its bankrupt rival by investing in DBSD debt.
