Cadwalader Adds Lawyer To Patent Practice

Law360, New York (February 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- In order to jumpstart the firm’s patent infringement litigation practice, Cadwalader Wichersham & Taft LLP has hired attorney James T. Bailey to man a new team of patent litigation and counseling lawyers.

Bailey, a former partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, has joined the firm as special counsel in its litigation department and will be based out of New York.
