Lerach Tops Plaintiffs List For Second Year

Law360, New York (February 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Securities litigation filings may have dropped over the past year, but that did not stop class action powerhouse Lerach Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins LLP from bringing 159 new lawsuits, putting the firm at the top of the list of 2006’s most active plaintiffs firms.
