Novo Wins Sex Harassment Suit Before 11th Circ.

Law360, New York (August 9, 2010, 4:23 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has upheld the dismissal of a suit over the firing of a sales representative for drugmaker Novo Nordisk Inc., ruling that though she was treated boorishly by a male superior, she was not terminated in retaliation for reporting the sexual harassment.
