Robert Sacoff to Chair ABA IP Section

Law360, New York (October 28, 2003, 12:00 AM ET) -- Robert W. Sacoff, a partner in Pattishall, McAuliffe, Newbury, Hilliard & Geraldson, an intellectual property law and litigation firm founded in 1883, has been elected as the Chair of the American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property Law.

Sacoff recently co-authored an ABA amicus curiae brief in the landmark Victoria's Secret case, the first trademark dilution case to be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court.
