Commerce Hits Mexinox With 14.38% Steel Coil Margin

Law360, New York (August 9, 2010, 2:18 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that ThyssenKrupp Mexinox SA de CV sold stainless steel sheet and strip in coils below fair value and has calculated a 14.38 percent anti-dumping margin for the exporter.

The San Luis Potosi, Mexico-based company and interested U.S. producers have 30 days to respond to the preliminary determination before final results of the administrative review are published, the U.S. International Trade Administration said Monday in the Federal Register.
