Don, Doff Claims Chucked From LA Police OT Spat

Law360, New York (August 9, 2010, 12:36 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has held that 14 law enforcement officers in the Los Angeles area do not have to be paid for donning and doffing their uniforms, but has declined to dismiss other claims that the officers worked extra hours without receiving overtime compensation.
