Ogletree Ranked #1 In Discrimination Suits

Law360, New York (February 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Clients needing representation in federal discrimination suits turned to Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak and Stewart P.C. more than any other law firm, according to our survey of the nation’s top 300 law firms.

Ogletree Deakins was retained in 349 federal discrimination suits in 2006, an increase of 127% over the 154 such cases it took on in 2005. Runner-up Littler Mendelson PC followed closely behind, taking on 335 federal discrimination cases last year as opposed to the 165 it undertook in 2005.
