CERCLA Claims Against Goodrich, Others Time-Barred

Law360, New York (August 11, 2010, 5:25 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has thrown out nearly all of an environmental remediation complaint the U.S. brought against a slew of companies, ruling that the federal government had waited too long to bring claims against Goodrich Corp., Black & Decker Inc. and others into a long-standing dispute over contaminated water.
