1st Circ. Vacates Award In Hotel Plan's ERISA Suit

Law360, New York (August 12, 2010, 2:42 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has upheld a ruling that two employers failed to make sufficient payments to keep a pension plan in compliance with the minimum funding requirement of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, but has nixed the monetary award given to the plan's trustees.
