6th Circ. Reverses Union Victory Against AK Steel

Law360, New York (August 12, 2010, 3:20 PM EDT) -- A federal court of appeals has reversed a loss for AK Steel Corp. in a lawsuit against its union, ruling that a court, not an arbitrator, will decide whether 93 grievances made in the wake of a labor dispute are themselves arbitrable.
