Ex-St. Jude Exec Can't Work At Medtronic Until Nov.

Law360, New York (August 12, 2010, 6:44 PM ET) -- A Minnesota judge has barred a former St. Jude Medical Inc. executive from working at rival company Medtronic Inc. until November because of a noncompetition clause in his employment contract.

Judge M. Michael Monahan partially granted St. Jude's request for a temporary restraining order against Joseph H. McCullough on Tuesday in the Minnesota District Court, Second Judicial District, County of Ramsey.
