Chinese, Taiwanese Ribbon Harms US Industry: ITC

Law360, New York (August 13, 2010, 1:41 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has found that U.S. industry is being harmed by subsidies on narrow woven ribbon used for gift wrapping and clothing from Taiwan and China, paving the way for U.S. Customs and Border Protection to issue duties on imports of the products.
