DirectSat, Unitek Workers Seek Sanctions In OT Suit

Law360, New York (August 16, 2010, 12:33 PM ET) -- A conditionally certified class of satellite installation technicians is asking a district court to slap DirectSat USA LLC and Unitek USA LLC with sanctions for allegedly failing to preserve digital information related to overtime lawsuits.
