McDonald's Workers Lose Class Cert. Bid In Wage Suit

Law360, New York (August 16, 2010, 3:08 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to certify a class of McDonald's Corp. hourly employees in a wage-and-hour suit accusing the fast-food giant of systematically "shaving" employees' shifts and bilking them of wages for time worked.
