Calif. School District Must Hand Over Payroll Info

Law360, New York (August 17, 2010, 1:56 PM EDT) -- The Los Angeles Unified School District must produce personal employee information contained in third-party certified payroll records for discovery in a dispute over unpaid benefits with pension plan administrators, a California appeals court has ruled.
