Feds Seek 6 Months For Ex-IBM Exec In Galleon Case

Law360, New York (August 16, 2010, 6:53 PM EDT) -- Robert Moffat, the former IBM Corp. executive who pled guilty in March to conspiracy and securities fraud arising from his role in the alleged multimillion-dollar insider trading ring helmed by Galleon Corp. founder Raj Rajaratnam, deserves a six-month prison term, prosecutors said Monday.
