Ex-DuPont Worker Cops Guilty Plea

Law360, New York (February 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A former DuPont Co. chemist has pled guilty to stealing trade secrets from the company, a crime that could carry a 10-year prison sentence.

On Wednesday, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Delaware unsealed the intellectual property case, revealing that Gary Min, also known as Yonggang Min, had entered a guilty plea back in November.
