Pa. Court Refuses To Nix Counsel In Risperdal Suit

Law360, New York (August 17, 2010, 7:39 PM ET) -- Pennsylvania's high court has ruled that Johnson & Johnson unit Janssen Pharmaceutica Inc. lacks standing to challenge the state's decision to hire outside counsel to represent it in a now-closed suit accusing the drugmaker of improperly marketing the antipsychotic drug Risperdal.
