Delta, Ambit End In-Flight Wi-Fi Patent Spat

Law360, New York (August 20, 2010, 1:21 PM EDT) -- Ambit Corp. has called a truce in its patent infringement battle with Delta Air Lines Inc. and air communications company Aircell LLC over the defendants' Gogo Inflight Internet system, which allows passengers to access wireless Internet during flights with their laptop computers and phones.
