Unions Seek Rule 2004 Probe Of Sun-Times Buyer

Law360, New York (August 19, 2010, 6:08 PM EDT) -- Two Chicago labor unions have asked a bankruptcy judge for discovery under Rule 2004 to compel Sun-Times Media Group Inc. buyer STMG Holding's Inc. to produce documents related to collective bargaining agreements the newspaper publisher allegedly breached.
