ITC Asked To Block King & Spalding In Furniture Review

Law360, New York (August 20, 2010, 4:06 PM EDT) -- An association of Chinese furniture makers has asked the U.S. International Trade Commission to block U.S. producers' counsel King & Spalding LLP from accessing exporter information in a sunset review of the anti-dumping duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from China, arguing that the firm's involvement in annual settlements under that order precludes it from viewing the classified documents.
