Scruggs' Son Moves To Vacate Bribery Conviction

Law360, New York (August 19, 2010, 6:10 PM EDT) -- David Zachary Scruggs has moved to vacate his conviction related to a judge-bribery scandal in Hurricane Katrina insurance litigation, saying the U.S. Supreme Court recently narrowed the honest services fraud statute such that it no longer touches his conduct.
