Law360, New York (August 23, 2010, 2:56 PM ET) -- A New Jersey woman dying of mesothelioma has convinced a state appeals court to uphold a $9.3 million judgment against Exxon Mobil Corp., even though she once worked for the company and could have been excluded by workers' compensation laws.
