BankAtlantic Ordered To Hand Over SEC Docs

Law360, New York (August 23, 2010, 6:13 PM EDT) -- A magistrate judge has ordered BankAtlantic Bancorp Inc. to hand over testimony given by former and current employees before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to plaintiffs accusing the bank of issuing misleading financial statements and failing to disclose millions of dollars worth of bad loans.
