Ky. Bar Probes Atty Over $20M Fen-Phen Fees

Law360, New York (August 23, 2010, 4:37 PM EDT) -- A Cincinnati-based class action lawyer who was allegedly paid approximately $20 million in fees for his role in a settlement of litigation related to the diet drug fen-phen is reportedly under investigation by the Kentucky Bar Association.
