Insurer Suit To Duck Crash Coverage Dismissed

Law360, New York (August 24, 2010, 5:33 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has thrown out Illinois National Insurance Co.'s suit seeking a declaration that it doesn't have to defend or indemnify Wyndham Worldwide Operations Inc. in connection with a 2008 plane crash in Oregon that killed five.

Judge Garrett E. Brown of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey granted Wyndham's April 2010 bid for summary judgment and dismissal, signed by Lowenstein Sandler PC's Michael David Lichtenstein, on Monday.
