Janus Ruling Hinges On Who 'Makes A Statement'

Law360, New York (December 6, 2010, 1:55 PM EST) -- When mutual fund company Janus Capital Group Inc. takes to the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday to argue that investors cannot bring suit over losses stemming from a market-timing scandal, what it means to "make a statement" will never seem more important.
