Law360, New York (August 26, 2010, 1:15 PM ET) -- Private equity firm Court Square Capital Partners has inked a deal to acquire privately held regional fiber-optic bandwidth services provider Fibertech Networks in a transaction valued at more than $500 million.
Under the deal, Fibertech will continue as a private company, and Court Square will acquire the firm from its original investors, Nautic Partners and Ridgemont Equity Partners.
