Judge Plucks Cert. From Farmers Pride Wage Action

Law360, New York (August 26, 2010, 6:26 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has decertified a collective action that accuses Farmers Pride Inc. of failing to pay for time spent donning, doffing and sanitizing safety gear, but gave the plaintiffs another crack at it.
