Selkirk Sues US Over Fees On NAFTA Gas Imports

Law360, New York (August 27, 2010, 2:03 PM EDT) -- Selkirk Cogen Partners LP has sued the federal government for slapping it with processing fees on natural gas imports from Canada, saying the gas should be exempt under the North American Free Trade Agreement.
