Churchill Downs Off Hook In Broadcast Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (August 27, 2010, 12:38 PM ET) -- Kentucky Derby host Churchill Downs Inc. and broadcasting company TrackNet Media Group LLC have been dismissed from an antitrust and contract suit brought by bankrupt racetrack owner Cloverleaf Enterprises Inc., which alleged its competitors effectively put it out of business by blocking it from receiving horse racing broadcasts.
