Barroway Topaz Launches Patent Litigation Group

Law360, New York (August 30, 2010, 5:37 PM ET) -- Shareholder and corporate governance firm Barroway Topaz Kessler Meltzer & Check LLP has launched a patent litigation platform, pulling in two former Woodcock Washburn LLP partners to focus on drawing intellectual property cases on a contingency basis.

Michael J. Bonella and Paul B. Milcetic have signed on as co-chairs of the new practice in the firm’s Radnor, Pa., office, Barroway Topaz announced Friday.
