Federal Atty Wins Appointment To Bankruptcy Bench

Law360, New York (August 27, 2010, 5:57 PM ET) -- Assistant U.S. Attorney Sean H. Lane has been appointed to the bench at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, marking the first new judge for the court in recent years to come from a government role rather than a major law firm.
