SEC Sues 2 Former Dell Accounting Execs Over Fraud

Law360, New York (August 30, 2010, 1:00 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has sued two former Dell Inc. accounting executives over their alleged role in an accounting fraud that resulted in a $100 million settlement in July.
