Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., which will provide $600 million in funding for border security, partially paid for by increasing fees for certain employers on H-1B and L-1 visa petitions. In addition to increasing funding for border security, the bill also calls for the deployment of 1,500 new federal agents along the southern border and funding for unmanned aerial vehicles to boost border surveillance....
