CORRECTED: Shrimpers To Fight 4th Duty Review

Law360, New York (September 2, 2010, 10:32 AM EDT) -- A group of roughly two dozen Vietnamese shrimp exporters intends to challenge a recent U.S. Department of Commerce decision to impose anti-dumping margins of between 2.96 percent and 5.58 percent on U.S. imports of frozen warmwater shrimp.

Nha Trang Seaproduct Co., Minh Phu Seafood Corp. and Bac Lieu Fisheries Joint Stock Co. were among the exporters to file a summons Tuesday in the U.S. Court of International Trade, indicating their plan to fight Commerce's determination.
