Law360, New York (September 1, 2010, 5:53 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in the Eastern District of Texas won't reconsider Wyeth Inc.'s bid to move Novartis AG's lawsuit accusing it of infringing patents for hemophilia treatments.

Judge T. John Ward of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Monday denied Wyeth's motion to reconsider a magistrate judge's decision to reject its bid to transfer the patent infringement case to the Northern District of California.
