Chinese Furniture Exporters Target DOC Over Duties

Law360, New York (September 3, 2010, 3:29 PM EDT) -- A group of companies that export Chinese wooden bedroom furniture to the U.S. has launched a lawsuit challenging the final results of the U.S. Department of Commerce's administrative review of anti-dumping duties on the items.

The Fairmont Group — which is comprised of four companies that manufacture and export wooden furniture — filed a complaint Wednesday in the U.S. Court of International Trade, claiming that Commerce made a slew of errors in its review of anti-dumping duties for the Chinese imports for 2008.
