Rig Fire Adds Fuel To Drilling Controversy

Law360, New York (September 02, 2010, 12:13 PM ET) -- While litigation stemming from Thursday's fire on board an oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico may not reach the frenzied state of the suits currently facing BP PLC over the Deepwater Horizon blast in April, the latest accident is still likely to draw intense scrutiny from regulators, lawyers said.
