DOL Agrees To Review Medical Residents' Work Hours

Law360, New York (September 7, 2010, 11:51 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration has agreed to review an advocacy group's call for new rules limiting work hours for resident physicians, whose overextended schedules can lead to employee exhaustion and health risks, according to the group's petition.
