Syndicated CEO, Atty Can't Dodge $26M Bribery Suit

Law360, New York (September 7, 2010, 5:50 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied two individual defendants’ motions to dismiss them from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s case against Syndicated Food Services International Inc., one of several companies implicated in a $26 million broker bribery scheme.
