Exxon Can't Escape $105M Verdict In MTBE Suit

Law360, New York (September 07, 2010, 6:11 PM ET) -- A federal judge on Tuesday rejected Exxon Mobil Corp.'s request for a new trial in a bellwether case brought by New York as part of a multidistrict litigation over groundwater pollution from the gasoline additive methyl tertiary-butyl ether, leaving intact a jury's $105 million judgment.
