Honeywell Wage Seniority Suit Preempted: Judge

Law360, New York (September 7, 2010, 1:19 PM EDT) -- Honeywell International Inc. has won its bid to ditch a suit by 19 former and current employees that accused the company of underpaying them in violation of seniority and wage structuring provisions in a collective bargaining agreement.

Judge Theresa L.
