Ex-HealthSouth CFO Dodges Prison Time

Law360, New York (February 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The former chief financial officer of HealthSouth Corp. dodged prison time once again on Thursday when a federal judge sentenced him to six months of home detention for his role in the company’s accounting scandal.
