Law360, New York (September 09, 2010, 4:44 PM ET) -- A Canadian software maker has filed suit against Dell Inc., accusing the computer giant of willfully infringing a patent for remote computer access technology.
01 Communique Laboratory Inc. filed a complaint Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, alleging Dell and LogMeIn Inc. have infringed U.S. Patent Number 6,928,479 by selling remote computer access applications.
The complaint was filed on behalf of the plaintiff by A. Neal Seth and Elizabeth A. Scully of Baker & Hostetler LLP.
