Law360, New York (September 09, 2010, 6:59 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission is barring the unlicensed entry of energy drink products that infringe on Red Bull designs, wrapping up its investigation of importers selling non-U.S. versions of the popular beverage.
The commission on Wednesday announced it was terminating the investigation and issuing a general exclusion order covering four trademarks and one copyright held by Red Bull, along with other marks and designs confusingly similar to those associated with the company's products.
